Mt. 13:45 “Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls.”
Mt. 13:46 “Who, when he found one pearl of great price, went out and sold all that he had and bought it.”
Here again we have an example of what is called parabolic parallelism. The concept is the same as the preceding parable, only told in a different way. It is used to reinforce the preceding concept.
